Patrizia Fabri Hats - Antica Manifattura Cappelli
Since the very beginning, Patrizia Fabri, a sophisticated designer and fashion historian, has had one idea in mind: the hat. She is absolutely convinced that it is an indispensable accessory to highlight charm and elegance.
With a solid background—first achieving an artistic diploma and then pursuing university studies in Architecture—combined with creative ingenuity and exceptional manual skill, in 1991 Patrizia founded her own company under the brand Patrizia Fabri, beginning collaborations not only in the world of fashion but also in cinema and especially in theatre.
In 2003, “Antica Manifattura Cappelli” was born: a prestigious workshop where the excellence of entirely handmade hats is kept alive, celebrating artisanal tradition, a taste for classical beauty, and above all, the quality of Made in Italy craftsmanship.

From concept to practical realization, here are the two models created for the collaboration with Cuba Lab
The Fedora model originates from the stripping of a tropical leaf known as toquilla.
It was hand-shaped on a wooden block created by Patrizia Fabri specifically for this collaboration.
The originality of the design and the unmistakable Cuba Lab style, with its decorative elements, make this model unique and exclusive.

PAMELA
This hat is the result of highly artisanal craftsmanship, making it a truly one of a kind piece.
It was first hand-shaped on a wooden block, then folded, molded, and hand ironed again.
Practical, foldable, and lightweight, it is enhanced by contrasting topstitching as well as by the ribbons and elegant scarves, typical of Cuba Lab’s signature style which, when used as chin straps or decoration, also make it windproof.
